🌈 Delighted that Roots for the Future has the opportunity to invite you to this woodland at Hamptons Estate for a restorative, summer forest bathing session.

🌳 This is in Surrey's AONB and has areas of special scientific interest and nature conservation.

💚 As this session falls on Independence Day, 4th July, we'll be using the theme of independence.
