๐ Part 1: Upper Body & Heart Release โ Full Moon Workshop

Tap into the releasing energy of the full moon to unwind tension in the upper body, shoulders, and chest. This session focuses on heart-opening stretches and emotional release โ the perfect opportunity to let go of stress, old patterns, and stuck energy.
๐ Part 2: Lower Body & Hip Opening โ New Moon Workshop
Wednesday, June 25
Align with the renewing energy of the new moon to open the hips and stretch deeply through the lower body. This class is ideal for creating space in the body and mind to receive new intentions, energy, and ease.
In both sessions, youโll be guided through gentle, assisted stretching techniques. With hands-on support from your instructors, youโll deepen each pose safely and comfortably, allowing for a fuller release.
