Slightly Late Solstice Gathering

Sunday 26th June from 18.30 - 20.30 at Wye Village Hall TN25 5EA

The energy is high and the vibes are even higher for our slightly late Summer solstice gathering

Welcome circle and warm up

An offering of Blue Lotus tea followed by some mindful movement

Dance

An hour and 30 minutes freeflow, non verbal dance journey to a live DJ set. We start slow and build up to peak high energy movement and gently slow things down with some grounding tunes

Optional extra social

After the closing circle we have space to integrate and ground. Maybe grab a hot drink and catch up with fellow dancers before heading home. If you are driving we recommend bringing something to nibble of touching grass before heading off
