Joining Instructions – Bedford Unit
Event: EA West District Rowing Regatta 2025
Location: Kettering Sea Cadets Boating
Station (Wicksteed Park), Barton Road, Kettering, NN15 6NJ
Date: Sunday 22nd June 2025
Times: Arrival 0830 Book-in deadline 0900
Start 1000 Estimated completion 1700
Dress: Civilian clothes (for cadets), PCS for staff (unless boating)
Transport: Cadets and Staff to make their own independent travel to the event
Events Entered:
Junior Sea Cadets rowing
Open Boys rowing
Open Girls rowing
What to bring:
Any personal medication you require during the day (i.e. asthma inhalers, etc.)
Packed lunch & Water bottle
Sun cream & Hat
Boating kit (shorts, T-shirt, trainers, etc. suitable for rowing)
Complete change of clothes (if your boating kit gets wet you still have dry clothes)
Towel and wash kit (for showering if you get wet)
Buoyancy aids (Unit to provide)
Rowers – Team shirts (Unit to provide)
Small amount of spending money for nutty, etc.
