Free shamanic drumming circle in celebration of the full moon. Drum to connect to yourself, for healing, to reduce stress and anxiety, to form connections and more.
Bring your own drum or rattle or we will have some to borrow.
Parking in the National Trust car park at Wellington monument is £2. Do share transport if you can.
Bring your own camping chair, cushion or mat to sit on.
The place we will be drumming is about 10 min walk from the car park. It is a bit bumpy in places but possible to use mobility scooter or wheelchair if needed.
We will meet in the car park at 6.50pm to start drumming at 7pm.
No experience necessary but the age limit is 16 and over.
Please bring your own hot drinks.
Please be mindful of wild life and other users of the space.
