ESSE range cookers make their Scottish Game Fair debut

This year’s Scottish Game Fair cookery theatre is jointly sponsored by ESSE and Scottish Venison.
ESSE’s stunning range cookers will take centre stage, as chefs presenting in the cookery theatre make use of two of the company’s energy-efficient electric models.
One such presenter is Tim Maddams; chef, food writer, and cookery teacher, who works with ESSE to produce seasonal recipes at his home in Inverness using ingredients grown in his kitchen garden. Tim is looking forward to demonstrating the versatility of ESSE’s electric range cookers at this year’s Game Fair.
The ESSE 1000 X – which we’ll be using on stage at The Scottish Game Fair – has timeless style and the quality ‘feel’ of a classic cooker, but its robust heat storage construction is now combined with modern benefits like fast heat-up times, electric controllability and responsiveness, and the immediacy of an induction zone.
The ESSE team will be on hand in their cooker display trailer, stand number OO244, to answer any questions and showcase the many options available, including efficient electric models, wood-burning options, cast iron hotplates, induction hobs, and ten different colours to choose from.
