Come ready to practice your transitions with multiple Brick workouts (bike, run, repeat)! There will be a 5-6 mile bike route and a 1 mile run route. We will set up transition areas in the grass. The routes will be marked so everyone can go at their own pace and see how many repeats they can get done! Afterwards we can head over to Jack and Jim’s for lunch and refreshments.
