Join us for a relaxing yoga class where we will move slowly, stretch gently, and relax.
What to Bring:
• Your own yoga mat (a limited number of mats are available to borrow)
• A water bottle
• Any props you enjoy using, such as blocks
Class Details:
• The room is not heated, but the temperature typically ranges from 70–75°F depending on class size.
• Beginners are welcome—this class is open to all!
• After class, enjoy complimentary tea and browse the gift shop.
Suggested Donation:
$15 per class (your support is appreciated, but no one will be turned away for lack of funds).
Reserve Your Spot:
We can accommodate about 20 yogis per class, but don’t worry about whether class is full—just sign up! There’s usually space available, and I’d love to have you join. Please reserve your spot by sending payment via Venmo to @Rosie-Ciocca.
