Full Moon Release Meditation + Journaling + Sound Bath + Reiki

Join us for an evening of release and restoration under the energy of the full moon. You'll have an opportunity to participate in guided visualization + journal with prompts based on the moon cycle. Then you'll get to lie back & receive Reiki while the frequency of sound helps you find deep restoration.

Please bring a journal & something to write with, & any crystals or totems you would like to have with you.
