Indiana University Health Ball Memorial Hospital Presents Safe Sitter®
Safe Sitter® is a medically accurate program that teaches youth in grades sixth to eighth how to prevent and handle emergencies when caring for children.
During class the participants receive similar instruction with behavior management techniques, safety precautions, how
and when to call for help, and tips on basic child care.
June 5 | June 9 | July 7 | July 9 | July 11 | July 28 | August 1 | December 29
Classes are held in the Janice B. Fisher Learning Center from 8:30 am to 3:30 pm. Please bring a sack lunch and drink.
A fee of $40 for a one-day class covers the cost of supplies.
