When it’s July 4th, there’s no better place to be than Yukon! The city’s fantastic Freedom Fest celebration draws thousands of people each year to a festival of fun and food, topped off with two spectacular fireworks shows that rival any in the state. Admission is FREE!
Date, Time, & Location:
Freedom Fest begins the evening of Thursday, July 3rd, with a Tribute to Veterans. Freedom Fest then continues the morning of Friday, July 4th, with a day packed full of activities! The annual celebration is held during the day at Yukon City Park, 2200 South Holly, and during the evening at Chisholm Trail Park, 500 West Vandament. Both parks interconnect, creating a 100-acre fun zone. Giant fireworks shows start at 10 p.m. on July 3rd and 4th, so bring your family, lawn chairs or blankets and enjoy!
