Clay Hand Building - Beach Hut

We will teach you how to build this adorable beach hut - perfect for summer decor! All materials and instructions will be supplied and your ticket covers both classes. We are doing this in two parts. Class #1 is on Tuesday, July 15th from 5pm-7pm and class #2 is on Saturday, July 26th from 10am-2pm. In the first class, you will build your beach hut and add your own unique embellishments. We will then take everyone's hut, dry them for a a week or so, and fire them to bisque. We will then have the second class on July 26th from 10am-2pm (show up any time during that time frame) where you will paint your beach hut with our variety of glazes. Then you can pick up your beach hut when the Little Egypt Arts Association is open. If you cannot make the second class to paint your beach hut, please let us know and we can set up a time when the instructor/docent is available for you to paint. This class is held at Little Egypt Arts Association on the square in Marion, IL. Class size is limited so get your ticket(s) while they last!
