Theology Thursday with Father Leo Gajardo

Father Leo Gajardo will join us on June 26 at 6:30 PM in the Parish Center to discuss Pope Leo's famous 1891 encyclical "Rerum Novarum," which was a response to the Industrial Revolution, and set the foundation for the modern understanding of Catholic Social Teaching.

St. Bridget was Father Leo Gajardo's home parish as he was completing his studies in seminary at The Catholic University of America prior to his ordination in 2006. We are so excited to welcome Father Leo back to St. Bridget for this session to start our "Theology Thursday" gatherings.

We will continue our Summer Series with a film and discussion focused on St. Thomas Aquinas in July and St. Augustine in August. Dates/times will be confirmed for those sessions soon.
