Join Christina 500 RYT and Yoga Therapy Intern at Sage Center for Women’s Health in Winchester for a two day mini workshop to explore breath and meditation practices.

Explore how to use the breath to an achieve different effects in the body and on the mind as well as simple meditation techniques and mudra to help focus the mind and energy.

In this workshop you will have a chance to explore the difference between breath awareness and pranayama, how to pair breath and movement and meditation and mudra. This workshop is open to anyone, and is approved for 6 CEUs with Yoga Alliance.
