Driftwood, Recycled Items and Smalti Workshop

Held at my home studio, south of Adelaide, this fun and unique workshop will introduce you to working with Smalti and Driftwood plus other recycled items. I will have random pieces of driftwood and recycled wood to choose from, so each piece will be unique. Some will be routed with some simple designs in, where you will learn to embed Smalti into the wood. You will also be able to choose a piece where you will carve out gullies and embed Smalti.
Smalti will be included.
Experience of using Smalti is not necessary, as you will learn the basics on the day, and your creation will not be from a set design. The driftwood may very well tell you what to create! so if you have an open mind to creating and want to do something a little different, then this workshop will be perfect for you.
10am til 4pm. Bring your lunch and a pair of twin wheel glass cutters.
Cost $150
