This is a free, hands-on cooking experience, and we encourage participants to bring their own takeaway containers to share the food with their whānau.

👩‍🍳 This Session’s Menu:

• Crispy Tofu with Lemongrass & Chilli (Đậu hũ chiên sả ớt) – Golden-fried tofu infused with aromatic lemongrass and a hint of chilli, creating a crispy, fragrant, and flavourful bite.

• Chive & Mushroom Soup (Canh hẹ nấu nấm) – A light, nourishing soup made with fresh chives and mushrooms, offering a delicate yet umami-rich flavour.

• Vegetarian Stir-Fried Cabbage (Bắp cải xào chay) – Tender cabbage stir-fried to perfection with garlic and seasonings, making for a simple yet satisfying plant-based side dish.
