Would you like to be able to safely and confidently plan and undertake an overnight trip with your horse in the hills? Not sure where to start? Well this is the course for you!
Over 2 days we will cover everything from the Scottish Access Code, basic map reading, what equipment to take, how to choose and plan a route, how to set up a corral/highline or tether, the pros and cons of a pack pony, what to do in emergencies and much more! Run over 2 days, this is a hand on, practical course with like minded individuals. No horse needed as we will use Equine Unlimited horses for demos.
Free overnight camping or caravan. Hot drinks and biscuits provided, bring your own meals. Various accom available only 3 miles away in Dunkeld.
