Move + Melt: A Mobility & Meditation Experience

This workshop begins with gentle, targeted movement designed to increase mobility through the primary joints of the body. Using intentional stretching and fluid, fascia-focused exercises, you’ll support your muscles in lengthening, create space for freer nerve and vascular movement, and enhance the overall range of motion in your joints.

We’ll close with a deeply grounding guided meditation—infused with calming essential oils—to support relaxation, integration, and nervous system reset. You’ll leave feeling more open, at ease, and fully refreshed in both body and mind.

This workshop is ideal for anyone looking to reduce stiffness, improve mobility, and regulate their nervous system—especially those recovering from injury, living with chronic tension, or seeking a gentle yet effective movement experience.
