Here is a little bit about Linda, her passion for dog training, and her pups:

โ€œIt all started with a puppy we brought home to our two young boys. We were so excited! But even though we spent months looking for that perfect puppy, we chose a pup with serious dog aggression issues. Rather than return her, we decided to work through this, and so it beganโ€ฆ.โ€

Linda absolutely loved dog training! It fit with her Animal Behaviour studies at Carleton University. Dovetailed with her Masters studies at U of Guelph - who knew dog training and eating habits in people had so much in common?!

After a decade in obedience, and as many years judging Rally-O, competitive agility is where she landed. Linda volunteered in many roles, including Team Leader for Agility Team Canada. She recently stepped back to her passion of training her own dogs, and small group teaching.

Puppy Gym, Foundation Skills and Intuitive Handling is her current focus.

โ€œWhether you aim to be on a world team, or perhaps make it to a local trial, every pup and handler I teach is given the same opportunity. Our dogs are smart. We can learn a lot from them.โ€

Linda currently shares her home with 5 dogs: Trek 12 years, Quest 6 years, Stryd 4 years, Code 3 years, Shift 8 months.
