Rockwall Kiwanis Skills Clinic

Join a Playtri Coach on Saturday, 7/19/25 @ 1:00 PM at Playtri Dallas to cover race specifics and logistics, and learn valuable swim, bike and transition skills before your race.

This clinic will cover:
-Race course overview
-Race morning schedule and parking
-How to check in and setup transition
-USA Triathlon race rules
-Open water swim skills review (discussion)
-Cycling skills including passing other athletes, taking a drink while riding and turning safely (practical - bring your bike!)
-Transition skills including setup and mounting/dismounting the bike (practical - bring gear you plan to have in transition!)

This clinic is FREE to all athletes registered for the Rockwall Kiwanis Tri Rock Triathlon on 8/3/25!
