Activities Fundraiser Open House

Flavor Shack Food truck will be at Meadow Place to help us raise some funds for our Activities! A percentage of all sales will be donated back to Meadow Place. Funds will go towards outings, supplies, and to pay for Live Music to come play at the Facility.
