Reiki Level 1 Training & Certification

Reiki stands for Universal Life Energy. It is the energy that keeps us alive and flows through every living thing. In the Usui System of Natural Healing, the knowledge and methods to use this energy for healing is explored. The process begins with your own cleansing and healing necessary to assist you to move forward towards living in harmony with your higher self.
In this class you will:
-Receive a first Degree Attunement
-Learn self-treatment
-Learn how to treat others
-Receive instruction and a manual
-Access continuous support on this path through Reiki Master Jennifer and others in the local Reiki community.
