Slow Flow Yoga

Join this slow flow mat yoga class to stretch, strengthen, and de-stress. Suitable for beginners and those who have thought they couldn't do yoga. We will do a gentle warm up, go slowly though 10-15 poses, working on alignment and positioning, then move through that same sequence two more times in a slow flow from pose to pose, followed by a cool down and mindfulness practice.

Easy breath work and guided meditation may be practiced, as well as uplifting and informational talks about topics of physical and mental health. Mats and props available on-site. Just wear comfortable cloths.

$10 per person payable by cash, check, Venmo, CashApp, or PayPal.
