With warmer weather approaching, I've been feeling inspired to grow our flow community, and what better way than hosting an annual flow jam!?
All ages, levels, and props are welcome!
Never used a flow prop? Come try it out! I'll have extra hula hoops available.
πͺπΆThere will be a free local vendor village happening at the same time, as well as live music, which brings in plenty of little ones for us to inspire as well. Come on out and make new friends, learn new things, support our community artist, and get some body movement in! β€οΈπ
