Summer Movement Medicine Morning

£40 per person including a yummy cupcake by Hetty’s Vegan Bakery.

A joyful morning of movement medicine comprising of yoga, meditation, sound and deep relaxation.
The morning will begin with an hour of energising yoga. Followed by a session of restorative yoga, meditation and deep relaxation with a Crystal Bowl Sound Bath to send you home energised and relaxed!
