Calling all 12–14 year old athletes!

Join us for a 6-week program designed to introduce young baseball players to the fundamentals of strength training—with a strong focus on performance and injury prevention.



Camp Details:
• Duration: 6 Weeks
• When: Thursdays, July 24 – August 28
• Time: 9:00 AM – 10:00 AM
• Where: The Halo Facility
• Instructors: Ty Peccioli & Alex Haynes



Who It’s For:

Baseball players aged 12–14 who are new to lifting and ready to build a strong foundation for long-term athletic success.



What to Expect:
• Learn proper lifting techniques with expert guidance
• Explore baseball-specific strength exercises to improve throwing, hitting, and movement
• Focus on key muscle groups each week: legs, core, shoulders, back, hips, arms
• Emphasis on body control, mobility, and injury prevention



Camp Goals:

✅ Build confidence in the weight room
✅ Develop strength safely and effectively
✅ Lay the groundwork for future athletic development
