Always wanted to try line dancing? Now’s your chance! Line dancing is a fun, social, and easy-to-learn group dance for all ages performed to a variety of musical styles—most commonly country. Not only will you learn new moves and connect with a great community, but you’ll also enjoy the health benefits of improved balance, coordination, and cardiovascular fitness!
Our six-week series will provide a beginner lesson from 6-7 pm, perfect for new dancers, followed by an intermediate lesson from 7-8:30 pm for anyone looking to take their dancing to the next level.
Both lessons will include step-by-step instruction plus plenty of dancing to help you practice, have fun, and feel the rhythm on the dance floor. You will build confidence and have a blast dancing to music in a welcoming, supportive environment. Your registration covers the whole night, so try out the different lessons to find what fits for you or stay for both for extra time on the dance floor!
Regular attendance helps with retention, but drop-ins are always welcome—so bring your friends and make it a social event!
What to Wear?
Cowboy boots or comfortable shoes with a smooth sole to help you glide across the floor.
