Get ready to rock! Suwanee’s August Concert returns Friday, August 9, bringing an unforgettable night of live music, food, and community fun to Town Center Park. And the best part? It’s completely free!
This year’s headline act is none other than Blind Melon, the iconic American rock band whose distinctive sound helped define the alternative music scene of the early 1990s.
Known for their breakout 1993 hit “No Rain” and its now-legendary “Bee Girl” music video, Blind Melon is a four-time Grammy nominated band that has performed at major festivals such as Lollapalooza and Woodstock in the early ‘90s.
Opening the evening will be Honeyknife, a local alternative rock band known for their homegrown talent.
No tickets or reserved tables necessary – IT’S A FREE CONCERT!
Bring chairs and blankets, but not tents (and please don’t set up before noon).
FREE SHUTTLES are available from Shadowbrook Church & Shawnee North from 6 pm to 10:30 pm.
Coolers are allowed, but NO BYOB. Beer and wine will be available from onsite vendors and Town Center merchants.
Vendors and food trucks will be on-site, plus takeout from your favorite Town Center merchants.
