This is the sunset hoop session where you can learn and have fun with Ritza Hoops!
There will be a variety of hoops from adult beginner size to children's, hoops for your hands and hoops for festivals with lights. The fire hoop might even come out one day.
Ritza has taught all ages for over 10 years to hoop on various parts of their body. You will have fun whilst getting a workout. Creativity and community is another great part of it.
If you prefer the morning class, please get in touch.
Wear snug fitting clothing, without zippers so they don't get caught on the hoops. This session is provided for a donation to cover travel, hoop maintenance, etc. Hope to see you there!
