Perfect for older adults who want to remain mobile, flexible and independent. We use exercise and dance to create movements that improve mobility, strength, memory and coordination. We take it at a gentle pace to music of your choice and encourage lots of laughter. Classes are bespoke, inclusive and accessible.
We enjoy refreshments after class (3pm), share and support each other and build friendships.
