This 6 week beginner’s course for Men in Hatha Vinyasa Yoga will give you a strong foundation in the Asana’s (postures).

The pace of the class is a little slower than a traditional vinyasa flow class and is focused on using postures and breath work to increase concentration, stamina, strength and flexibility, whilst strengthening the cardiovascular system, respiratory system and the core.

You will leave the class feeling energised, with a sense of peace, ready for the weekend.

Start Date - Saturday 17th May

Time - 7am - 8am

Cost £60

Single session drop in’s open up nearer the start date - £11

All equipment is provided. Please wear comfortable gym/yoga clothing. Please arrive 5-10mins before the session starts.
