Karen from Living Yoga (Living_Yoga_KH) is back with our popular yoga in the woods session for adults. These will be running approximately twice a month on Friday evenings until the summer holidays.
Mats and equipment provided but you are welcome to bring your own.
We will be in a peaceful area of our woodland with a parachute tarp to keep the rain off if necessary!
Karen has over 20 years teaching experience in art and personal yoga practice.
Living Yoga classes explores a range of somatic, functional and sensible yoga. The emphasis is placed on breath work and meditation, with movements to explore balance, strength, posture and co-ordination. Creating a class for self-enquiry and self-development. Classes are suitable for teens and adults that are complete beginners or yoga practitioners looking for a therapeutic approach to yoga. All genders, ages and abilities welcome.
