Let your imagination take flight in our Creative Writing Workshops. Practise your storytelling skills, learn new techniques to express your creativity, and discover the wonders of writing.
These workshops are for ages 6 to 11 and aimed at all abilities. All you need to bring along are your imagination, ideas, and enthusiasm – we’ll supply the rest, including lots of inspiration to get you started.

𝗧𝗶𝗺𝗲: First session 10am – 11am Second session 11.30am – 12.30pm
𝗪𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗲: Daventry Museum, 3 New Street, Daventry, NN11 4BT
𝗔𝗴𝗲𝘀: 6 to 11. Children should be accompanied by a grown up.
𝗕𝗼𝗼𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴: No need to book – just drop in on the day. Free entry!
𝘼 𝙛𝙚𝙬 𝙩𝙝𝙞𝙣𝙜𝙨 𝙩𝙤 𝙣𝙤𝙩𝙚:
* Children must be accompanied by an adult unless otherwise stated.
* There's no need to book, so sessions can get busy. Activities run on a first come, first serve basis.
* Please arrive on time as sessions will start promptly.
* Unless the forecast is really bad, outdoor sessions will run in all weathers, so come prepared with suncream, water, and suitable clothing and footwear.
If we need to cancel an activity, we will update our website and social media pages to let you know, but sometimes this might happen at short notice in the event of bad weather or staff illness.
