Wind down to the weekend with Feel Good Friday - a monthly wellness workshop designed to help you feel your best.

For 90 minutes you’ll be guided through breathwork, gentle movement, relaxation and meditation to nurture and nourish your mind and body. There’s also non alcoholic refreshments and sweet treats available.

To ensure a safe space to practice, spaces must booked in advance and payment confirms your space.
