Tuesdays are the new Fridays - Sound Bath at the Pavilion, Cleethorpes

There is no water involved in a Sound Bath as some may think. You simply turn up, lay down and tune in to the sounds of my instruments.
I will begin with a brief explanation of what to expect and how the sounds affect our 'brainwave states'. Following that you will simply get comfortable and relax for 50 minutes as I play my instruments, providing a short meditation and allowing the warm tones and vibrations to gently guide you into a state of calm and tranquility.
Some of the many benefits of sound therapy include:
Relief from stress.
Fewer headaches.
Relaxes the muscles.
Diminished pain
More focus.
More energy.
Clarity.
Decreases blood pressure and stimulates blood circulation.
What to bring:
Yoga mat/gym mat.
Pillow/cushion
Blanket
Comfortable clothing/layers
Water
IMPORTANT:
Please note this holistic therapy is not recommended for those in their first trimester due to the nature of this stage in pregnancy. It may not be suitable for those with epilepsy, metal implants, tinnitus, heart conditions or severe mental heath issues so please discuss these with me prior to attending.
