Im soooooo excited about this, the wonderful Siobhan Johnson will here on sunday 6th July to hold an introduction to shamanism workshop...
The workshop will run from 11am to 5pm.
The cost for the day is £44 and some light refreshments will be included.
We will be exploring how to do a Shamanic journey plus you will get to experience 3 separate journeys.
We will also learn how to connect with spirit guides and power animals. We will learn how to communicate with them and get answers and advice.
Shamanism is a wonderful path and really helps us to focus on what's important in life.
The Shamanic journey is also a useful tool for healing, psychic development and personal growth.
There will be plenty of opportunities to share your journeys in the group but only if you are comfortable doing so.
There will be refreshments and a hand made gift, pm Angel's Rest Omagh or book with Sabrina at Enchanted Moon Holistics.
Please bring a pillow, blanket, a pack lunch and a notebook and pen.
