Pilates is known to improve posture, back pain & flexibility by strengthening, lengthening & stabilising your deep core muscles.
The additional of benefits of developing mental focus, reducing stress levels & enhancing sleep make Pilates the perfect solution to redress the demands that life throws at us.
Each class is mixed ability and I accommodate total beginners or those who want something more challenging. This allows for holidays, sickness or breaks from practice so you can jump in whenever life gets in the way.
Each week I incorporate a variety of styles & equipment. That way I keep everyone engaged, challenge your muscle memory and progress your strength further.
Progressions & modifications offered for those who need them, whether you're beginner or a seasoned attendee there is something here for every type of body.
