After a collective warm up, we work through 3 blocks of exercises. Each block includes a cardiovascular element, strength element, metabolic conditioning and a choreographed step moves. All delivered in a High Intensity format, designed to quickly & efficiently build your strength and cardiovascular fitness finished off with some floor & core work making this a truly well rounded workout.
Step classes are joint friendly yet great for bone density, improving your heart & lung capacity and builds your strength & agility.
