Treat yourself to an evening of indulgence at our Cheese & Wine Evening, hosted in the cosy and atmospheric setting of The Railway Restaurant.
Your night begins with a sparkling welcome wine – the first of five expertly selected wines you’ll enjoy throughout the evening. Each wine will be introduced by our guest wine expert, who will share tasting notes, background stories, and pairing tips as the evening unfolds.
Dinner will feature a delicious main of:
🍽️ Chorizo-stuffed chicken breast, served with Mediterranean vegetables and jewelled couscous
🌱 Butternut squash and sage gratin served with Mediterranean vegetables and jewelled couscous.

To finish, enjoy a cheese board featuring five carefully selected cheeses, accompanied by locally produced crackers. A cheese expert will talk you through each cheese, highlighting flavour notes, origins, and perfect pairings.
At the end of the evening, guests will have the opportunity to purchase the wines at an exclusive discounted rate, so you can take home your favourites.
