-looked into meditation and realized there are MANY different forms, styles and techniques? Resulting in overwhelm and no clue where to start?

You're not alone. You just need some guidance!

Please join us for an evening 90 min Wellness Workshop on Thursday, August 7th at 7pm inside Mind Body Balance Breathe as we learn about different methods of Meditation and mindfulness, how to begin a meditation practice, a short mindfulness meditation "how to" exercise, Q & A and more!!

We will have chairs and floor cushions available for your comfort level. Please feel free to wear comfortable clothing as we will be exploring a few mindfulness exercises to hopefully find one that works best for you!!
