EVENT: From the Sandpit to Adulthood: Helping Today’s Children to Thrive.

ABOUT: Every parent wants their children, tweens and teens to thrive – to grow up happy, healthy, strong, kind, resilient and capable of realising their full potential.
Our task has been made even more challenging by the busy pace of life today and the stresses and pressures that come with that. Then the parenting landscape is overloaded with information – some incredibly wise and helpful and some very problematic. From toddlers to teens and beyond they are feeling the impact!
In this 2 hour seminar, Maggie Dent author and podcast host, explores the 10 keys to parenting that support this goal. Packed full of common sense and inspiration for parents, educators and communities raising children throughout their childhoods and adolescence. Maggie acknowledges there is no ‘perfect’ and that challenge, adversity and failure can actually help our kids grow stronger and smarter.
