Join Maegan for a gentle and accessible four-week introduction to mindfulness—a practice of returning to the present moment with kindness, curiosity, and compassion.

Whether you’re completely new to mindfulness or looking to reconnect with the basics, this series will offer a supportive space to explore meditation, breath awareness, and simple tools to help navigate everyday life with more clarity and ease.

🧘 Please bring a notebook or journal if you like to reflect through writing

🧘 Cushions and chairs available for seated meditation
