As the summer sun heats up, so should your hydration habits! This month, we’re focusing on staying cool, energized, and properly fueled for your workouts and daily activities. Whether you’re on the golf course, the tennis court, or crushing your strength circuit, hydration is your secret weapon.
Goal: Drink your target amount of water each day (e.g., half your body weight in ounces).
How it Works:
Track your water intake daily using the provided(when you register) 30-Day Water Tracker. Mark each day you meet your hydration goal. Jot down any notes or observations along the way—how you’re feeling, changes in energy, or fitness performance.
