Let’s talk about how we deal with stress and take care of ourselves while juggling parenting and life.
June 26 – Finding Your People
We all need a circle. Let’s talk about building support systems and friendships that lift us up.
July 10 – What Works with Our Kids (and What Doesn’t!)
Swap tips and stories about what’s helped you through the ups and downs of parenting.
July 24 – When You Need a Hand
From food to mental health to community resources—let’s share what’s out there and how to ask for help.
August 7 – Big Feelings, Small People
Kids have a lot of emotions. Let’s talk about how we help them work through it and build strong relationships.
August 21 – Routines, Transitions & Back-to-School Jitters
As summer winds down, we’ll share ways to help our families get back into the swing of things.
