Join us for the 2025 FOLA 40 and ride around Lake Apopka, Florida’s 4th largest lake.

Proceeds benefit Friends of Lake Apopka (FOLA), a 501(c)(3) nonprofit working to restore this natural treasure.

📏 Choose Your Distance:
• 8 miles
• 16 miles
• 32 miles
• 40 miles

🕣 Start Time: All rides begin at 8:30 AM
🛑 Rest Stops: Provided approximately every 8 miles
⏰ Support Ends: SAG and rest stops close at 1:00 PM
🪖 Helmet required for all riders

📍 Start Locations:
• 40-mile ride: Downtown Winter Garden – City Pavilion
104 S Lakeview Ave
Includes 3 miles of paved road and 17.5 miles of gravel trail

• 8, 16, and 32-mile rides: Magnolia Park
2929 S Binion Rd, Apopka
All follow unpaved, gravel trails

🚲 Recommended Bikes:
Hybrid, mountain, gravel, or wide-tire e-bikes are strongly recommended for all routes
