An evening of breath & mantra to calm the mind and body and open up to deep connection and stillness.

This session is a guided journey into the heart of the breath through soothing pranayama and an introduction to the ancient practice of mantra and chanting.

Mantra is a powerful tool of the mind that allows us to access connection, union and stillness. We will learn beautiful mantras or sacred sounds that hold a specific ‘sound code’ or vibratory pattern that, when chanted, stimulate energy within, supporting us to embody more alignment and balance in our lives.

This is an introductory session that does not require any previous experience or the ability to sing. It is a practice to find stillness beyond the noise and to support us in cultivating a quiet mind and open heart.

Let your breath lead the way and let the sound carry you inward.
