Candlelight Yin with Live guitar music

Join us for a delightful afternoon of relaxing long stretches,calming guitar music and the warm cosy ambience of candlelight. Suitable for all ages and abilities. The room will be warm but not hot. Wear layered clothing, bring your own mat and props if you wish. Also bring water. We do have mats for hire and we have bottled water to purchase.
