Enjoy a serence hour of relaxing Yoga and Pilates, with a warm cup of tea. This Yoga-Pilates class will be taught in various Yoga styles which will help to increase flexibility, strength, mobility, and peaceful wellbeing. This class includes a short Pilates section to help strengthen the muscles needed for balance throughout the entire body. The class finishes with an enjoyable relaxation. The class is for all levels of ability. Warm tea will be served at the beginning of class and participants can enjoy sips of tea or water during and after class.

Suggested matrials to bring: A yoga mat or two (if you like added cushion), a blanket if you would like for the relaxation segment. A limited number of yoga mats will be provided if you don't have one.
