This is a unique concert experience you don’t want to miss. Live music overlooking Emerald Bay…nothing more special than that.
Music at the Castle started a decade ago when a passionate supporter of Vikingsholm proposed a concert put on by him and his equally musically talented friends. Over the years, it has grown into a delightful experience to fundraise for education programs and restoration projects (including Vikingsholm Castle!) in our parks. Artists Paul DaSilva and Betsy Bennet Smith return and will entertain with original compositions, Lisztian piano bravura, vocal selections, classical favorites, and unique and seldom-heard instruments such as the cross-strung harp and pedal steel guitar. And even a few musical surprises!
Tickets are $75 ($65 for SSPF Park Donors) and include parking, a twilight reception with live music and heavy apps, and a wine bar sponsored by Highway 12 Winery. A reservation is required.
While Vikingsholm Castle is getting the construction work it critically needs, we are excited to share Eagle Point Amphitheater with you. You’ll see a whole different vantage point of the whole Emerald Bay and Fannette Island that is usually only available to campers!
