Dreaming of being a restaurant chef or just love making new recipes? Join us as we explore the ins and outs of restaurant cooking. Focusing on a different type of cuisine each day, budding chefs will learn culinary basics and hone their knife skills, all while developing finger-licking-good recipes that will leave our customers cheering for more.

Day 1: Pizzeria - Personal Pizzas, Donut Bites w/ Chocolate Sauce, Eggplant Fries (AM), Italian Salad (PM) (Vegetarian)

Day 2: Japanese - Veggie Sushi Rolls, Pocky Sticks, Veggie Dumplings (Vegetarian)

Day 3: Bakeshop - Eclairs (PM), Savory Croissants (PM), Brownie Bites (AM), Granola Bars (AM), Teddy Bear Bread (AM) (Vegetarian)

Day 4: Italian - Eggplant Parmesan (PM), Mushroom Risotto (PM), Cannolis (PM), Butternut Squash Ravioli (AM), Lemon Sesame Cookies (AM), Panzanella (AM) (Vegetarian)

Day 5: Thai - Coconut Mango Upside Down Cake, Pad Thai (PM), Long Life Noodle Salad (AM), Pineapple Chicken Satay (PM), Veggie Spring Rolls
